New Catalyst Books are special order and ship from a different location in the U.S. U.S. shipping is $6.50 for the first title and $1.00 for each additional New Catalyst title, calculated separately from regular New Society books.
This Returns Policy applies to items purchased from our online store. If we made an error in shipping, or if an item arrived in damaged or defective condition you may call our toll free number (1-800-567-6772 ext 111) and we will be happy to send a replacement at no cost to you. If requested by us, you must return the original item to us and we will refund you any shipping costs.
In all other cases, if you wish to return an item that was bought from our online store you must first call our Toll Free number (1-800-567-6772 ext 111) to arrange the return. We will only accept returns within 30 days of delivery to you. Only items bought with a credit card can be returned. Refunds will only be made for items that are returned to us undamaged, unmarked and in original condition. Once we have received the item from you we will refund the purchase price of the item, less any shipping costs, to your credit card.
